Freedom Jewellery

Thank you for considering becoming a fundraising partner for the Hull Freedom Trail. Below are some options on jewellery kits you can order to make and sell to friends, colleagues, and family members. It is an ideal fun project for a college, school enterprise or charity group. The idea is very easy to follow, and the jewellery is quick and simple to make.   Simply tick the items you would like, add up the total, fill in your details, print out and post with a payment to cover the cost of the kits you order.   This purely covers the cost and raises no money at this point.

You will usually receive your kits in the post within 4 weeks with full instructions and tips on how to make and sell your Jewellery, and a pack to tell you all about the Hull Freedom Trail and how together we will help make a difference in Sierra Leone.

You can set the price of each item for your customers to ensure they can afford them, but crucially so that we raise enough funds to change people's lives. Once you have sold your jewellery simply take back your kit cost and send the rest of your money raised to us as a donation. If you enjoyed the experience please buy another kit and raise even more, and maybe try a different style too.

What will I get in my kit for my money?

Postage and Packing
A5 'How To' Guide
A packaging kit of bags and display cards
The jewellery parts as outlined below
A tube of Gel Super Glue* (15 second set, much safer than instant fluid)
A pair of fine pliers*

* you will only receive these for kits containing Shackles bracelets and Leather Cross Necklaces and only with your first order. If you need more, details of suppliers are on the 'How To' Guide.

The profit margin varies between items with the LED's making us the most money per item and the Freedom Bracelets the least. This is why the quantity you get for the kits varies so much. All you need in addition to what we send you is a stapler and a pen, to write the prices on!

For £15 kits of one type you will receive one pack from the following:

Approx 15 shackle bracelet parts (inc pliers and glue) - 20 with second orders
Approx 7 freedom bracelets
Approx 23 crosses (cord version)
Approx 12 crosses (leather version) - 15 with second orders
Approx 30 LED keyrings

For £25 kits of one type you will receive one pack from the following:

Approx 25 shackle bracelet parts (inc pliers and glue) - 30 with second orders
Approx 12 freedom bracelets
Approx 38 crosses (cord version)
Approx 22 crosses (leather version) - 26 with second orders
Approx 50 LED keyrings

If you ask for a mix you will get an equal ratio of what we have in stock unless you specify a preference. Please note you do not get all of the above in one kit order unless you order 5 x £25 kits!

For £50 kits you will receive 2 x £25 Kits
